Maximize Your Dental Benefits Coverage
Your dental benefits package from your employer is a contract with a Dental Insurance Company made on your behalf. Every dental benefit contract will have different yearly maximum, % of coverage, and treatment limitations. Because of this, we cannot tell you what our exact reimbursement for your treatment will be.
Our team will fill out any documents indicating the treatment provided. Payment for your treatment is due at the time of treatment and all payments from Dental Benefit Carriers will be instructed to be sent directly to you.
